| 2 PM | Tea ceremony in James's parents' room at Hotel Caza; Cocktail dress code |
| 3 PM | Sharlene and James go to Palette Tea House for couple's portraits |
| 4:15 PM | Family members should leave Hotel Caza and go to Palette Tea House (There will be a coat room for luggage and belongings) |
| 4:30 PM | Family photoshoot at Palette Tea House |
| 5 PM | Wedding begins (all guests arrive) + cocktail hour starts |
| 6 PM | Dinner and speeches |
| 8 PM | Karaoke |
| 10:30 PM | Wedding ends; Sharlene and James clean up; everyone else heads home |
Sunday: Casual brunch
| 11 AM | Doors open (come by anytime before 4 PM) 3108B Fillmore Street, San Francisco |
| 4 PM | Brunch ends; Sharlene and James clean up |
| 6 PM | Optional: Big Bus Sunset Tour If any family members are still in town, Sharlene will take them on the Big Bus Sunset Tour |
